The Sacred Liminal Lodge retreat is a 3-day immersive experience designed to help you begin a life-long practise of self-care, connection, and community.

The Sacred Liminal Lodge is a place to learn, to grow, and to heal. It's a place for you to create your own sacred space that exists wherever you need it to be. It's a place where you can take in the wisdom of others and learn from them, but also find your own voice.

The retreat will take place from October 21st through the 23rd at a beautiful Bed & Breakfast on the outskirts of Brampton, Ontario.

The Sacred Liminal Lodge retreat was created by Alysa Bartha and is cohosted by Leigh Whiting. Two women who have dedicated their lives to helping others find their way out of darkness and into the light—and now they want to help you do the same thing.
