About The Event

We have all heard that we only use 10% of our brains at any given time. This is untrue. We use 100% of our brains… however; we may not always be using them for the best things! In April’s Mystically Mentored Group, you will learn how to use your astonishingly powerful mind to its fullest potential.  As an organ, your brain is responsible for transmitting electrical impulses throughout your entire body and with every single thought; the quality of that impulse is either helpful or hurtful. Using the power of your mind to control the quality of your thoughts is key in creating a happier, healthier you! 

Week 1 - The anatomy thought - What you focus on expands! How many times do you find yourself repeating the same thoughts…? I wish I were happy, I wish I were better at this or that… I need to_____ only to find yourself not making the progress you want so badly. Your thoughts inform your actions, but your emotions inform your thoughts 100% of the time. Learning to control the quality of your emotions and your thoughts is easier than you might think! In week one you will learn just how magnificent your mind is and how you can improve the quality of your thoughts for good with very little effort!

Week 2 The language of change - Your inner dialogue is EVERYTHING! Would you say half the things to your best friend that you say to yourself? Is your inner dialogue a fan or a critic? What if you could learn a few simple techniques that would make y inner voice become your biggest cheerleader? What if that same voice could supercharges your confidence, health and self-esteem? In week 2 you will learn to make the simple tweaks that will transform your internal dialogue!

SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER - Lisa Turnbull of Goldmind Hypnosis ChT (certified hypnotherapist), QLDP (quantum language dynamics practitioner) Over 20yrs experience

Week 3 Mindfulness over matter -  This week we will explore the common mistakes, pitfalls and thought traps that pull you off track. Life can sometimes get in the way of positive progress in life and before you know it you can fall back into old negative thought patterns or beliefs. In week 3 I will give you some very easy to use tips and tricks to get you right back on track with the mindset that will keep your emotional compass pointed in the right direction!

Week 4 will include a custom-crafted affirmation MP3 download for you to enjoy time and time again.
