Grab your favourite crystals and join in for an amazing meditative experience! Each week of January will be devoted to exploring and experiencing some of the most powerful uses for crystals. In each session you will be guided in a meditation as well as a short practice to help you cleanse, charge and program your favourite crystals.

Week 1: Grounding & Protection - Life has its ups and downs and there is no avoiding that. Yet there are tools you can use to lessen the difficulties that sometimes come your way. Crystals have long been used as talismans and charms against destructive and toxic energies and sprits. In this session, your meditation will be purposely guided as you charge and program your crystals to repel negative energies and shield you from destructive forces.

Week 2: Healing  - Each of us has had something happen to us that requires tender loving care. However, healing can be challenging and self care can be lots of work, but with the assistance of crystals, you can have healing energy with you no matter where you go or what you might be doing. In this meditation you will be gently guided to focus your intention and energy on programming your crystals with healing energies that last long after the session is over.

Week 3: Attraction  - Drawing on the magnetic energy of attraction crystals, this meditation is designed to imbue your crystals with the clearest intentions to attract just what you need in your life, just as you need it. This meditation will help you to create a focused picture of not only having what you want, but how you will achieve it. You will charge and program your crystals to be your companion in bringing your desires to fruition.

Week 4: Opening Spiritually - Your spiritual journey will take you many places, offering you opportunities to grow and advance toward higher levels of consciousness. Healers, Mystics, Mediums, Readers and seekers of all kinds have used crystals to open up new roads of spiritual growth. In this session you will learn to use crystals to connect you to higher levels of awareness safely and with more ease. You can open your third eye, connect more deeply with your guides, or create new clarity about the road ahead using your crystals as companions in your growth!
